Waters Edge Dock and Grill is High Rock Lake's premier restaurant, bar, music venue, event space, and after-lake hangout. With water access and awesome views of High Rock Lake, the second largest lake in North Carolina, we are the closest waterfront restaurant to I-85 and just minutes from downtown Salisbury.

Waters Edge is open every day of the week all summer long! Mondays and Tuesdays we are in bar-menu mode, open at 5pm with full bar, and a limited but delicious bar food menu with all your favorites.. Wednesday and Thursday, we also open at 5pm, but will our full menu. Fridays, throughout summer, we are open for lunch at 11am and all the way until late, with music or a DJ. Saturday and Sunday, we open for brunch at 10 am, and start offering the full menu at noon. As always, open ’til late! Every night we have a full-service bar with beers on tap, wine and specialty cocktails. From boaters to families to day drinkers, there’s something for everyone!
The best Weekend Brunch in Rowan County features our special brunch menu and famous self-serve Bloody Mary Bar with over 30 mixes and garnishes. Brunch is every Saturday and Sunday from 10am-2pm with our full lunch and dinner menu resuming at noon.

Weekends are made for brunch...and Bloody Marys!
Every Saturday and Sunday, from 10am to 2pm, come down to Waters Edge Dock and Grill for Rowan County's only self-serve Bloody Mary Bar.
We also have mimosas and a full bar, as well as brunch-only menu items like Eggs Benedict, French Toast, Hash Brown Skillet, and the ever popular Monte Cristo. If you need an extra boost to get going, try our new Hangover Burger.
